About Logging In
Logging in to Playwise HQ gives you access to your team’s competitive intelligence dashboard — including competitor battlecards, win/loss analysis, and field insights. The login process is straightforward: enter the email and password associated with your account, and you are taken directly to your Dashboard.
What You Need to Know Before Logging In
Your Credentials
To log in, you need the email address and password you used when creating your Playwise HQ account. If you joined through a team invitation, use the email address the invitation was sent to and the password you set when accepting the invitation.
Email Verification
Playwise HQ sends a verification email when your account is created. You can log in and use the platform during the verification pending period without any restrictions. However, if your email remains unverified for an extended period, your login may eventually be blocked until you verify your email address.
If your login is blocked due to an unverified email, check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email, or request a new verification link.
Account Status
Your account must be active to log in. If your account has been deactivated by an administrator, you will not be able to sign in. Contact your account administrator if you believe your account has been deactivated in error.
