Playwise HQ is not designed to store personal, financial, health, or other sensitive information. You must not:

  • Store personally identifiable information (PII), such as social security numbers, credit card details, or addresses.
  • Upload health records, financial data, or other sensitive information that requires legal protections.
  • Use Playwise HQ to process or manage regulated data, including data protected under GDPR, HIPAA, or financial regulations.

1.3 Data Scraping, Automated Access & Excessive API Usage

To maintain fair use and system stability, you must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to scrape, extract, or copy data from Playwise HQ.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or overload Playwise HQ’s servers with excessive API requests.
  • Use Playwise HQ in a way that disrupts normal operations or degrades performance for other users.

2. Security & Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of Playwise HQ, you must not:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Playwise HQ’s servers, networks, or security mechanisms.

  • Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
  • Share your account credentials with others or attempt to use another person’s account.
  • Use Playwise HQ to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to test for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, or bypass security features.

3. Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Playwise HQ’s software.
  • Use Playwise HQ to create a competing product or service without explicit authorization.
  • Use Playwise HQ for commercial purposes beyond those permitted in the Terms and Conditions.

4. Spam, Misuse, & Unwanted Content

To maintain a productive environment, you must not:

  • Spam users or Playwise HQ’s support team with excessive or repetitive messages.
  • Use Playwise HQ to send bulk emails, advertisements, or promotional content unrelated to knowledge management.
  • Engage in mass account creation, automated posting, or abusive use of Playwise HQ’s services.
  • Upload deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

5.1 Actions We May Take

If we determine that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take any of the following actions, depending on the severity of the violation:

Warning – For minor violations, we may issue a written warning and request corrective action.
Temporary Suspension – For repeated or more severe violations, we may suspend your account for a limited period.
Permanent Ban – For serious breaches or repeated violations, we may terminate your account permanently.

5.2 Content Removal

Playwise HQ reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy, but we are not obliged to proactively monitor or review all user-uploaded content. If we become aware of prohibited content, we may remove it at our discretion.
